Founded by Sreedevi Gopalakrishnan in 2012, we began as a small consulting firm guiding organizations through the world of project management. As our team grew, we increased our services and started placement and payroll management services as a by-product. In 2014, we were fortunate enough to be able to make a shift we had been planning for a long time. From then on, we worked with organizations that wanted to set up offshore technical teams. Perhaps it was risky and certainly unconventional, but life is short and we wanted to spend our time working on projects we were passionate about. It's hard to express how incredibly proud and humbled we are to have helped our clients set up offshore teams seamlessly. Over the years, we have continued to grow our team with new members from all over the world and broaden our services.

On the journey to make a positive impact on the environment, we joined hands with local farmers in Kanakapura Bangalore and planted saplings in 2019. This large-scale tree-planting project will enhance biodiversity, protect the soil, restore ecological balance, and provide livelihood opportunities for farmers. The project is a massive effort in community building, encouraging supportive relationships between urban and rural societies to shape the course of the world in the smallest way possible. To date, we have planted more than 600 saplings in Chikkamaralwadi in Kanakapura Taluk.
